From scheduling to check in to discharge the care at St Mary's was outstanding. Scheduling for MRI was timely and easily completed by very informative personnel. The registration process was prompt, focused to information and pleasant. The MRI team was vigilant, sincere, caring, not rushed, and patient centered. The center for health imaging/mammography dept. student Maddie and her mentor/tech Wendy were great!, professional, friendly, engaging and made the experience of getting a thyroid ultrasound easy and comfortable and they explained the procedure as they went along and before I knew it almost an hour had gone by. I will certainly use this office again and hopefully have Wendy and company to facilitate the procedure. Thank you all for your help.
