HIGHLY Recommended !!! There an old saying- if you want something done right, then do it yourself. When you can't do it yourself - call RV Roof Dog. Frank runs a one person shop, he answers his own phone, and does what he says he's going to do. Never tried to upsell anything. He didn't "find" any new problems and the price he quoted, was the price I paid. I called RV Roof Dog for some warranty work on my Keystone 5th wheel. I had a side compartment that wouldn't stay closed. During my drive in to his shop, my Furion side camera quit working. Frank contacted Keystone, got them to replace the camera, shipped it to me as I was on the road a few weeks later. He found other roof issues that he made sure were covered by Keystone. Constant text messages, with pictures, were a daily occurrence - along with work updates. Simply OUTSTANDING workmanship, the big shops can learn from Frank about customer service, and lastly - He's a really nice, intelligent, personable man to do business with. I will return when in Reno, even for check-ups. Don't be fooled by his small shop, he is a man most trustworthy.
