Excellent experience all the way around. On a Saturday, I called and left a message. Got a call back immediately and he was very helpful on the phone. Scheduled a time to come and service my Aquahot. Leading Edge RV came out to our trailer park and did some exterior work on our Grand Design. Jerry was on time, very personable and provided high quality work for a reasonable price. Leading Edge RV is amazing! We are new to Reno and are staying in the RV Park until our house is ready. Unfortunately we had an electrical issue that went from bad to worse. And to top it off it was anomaly and not a normal problem/issue. Jerry spent his time diagnosing the problem and working with our (so far awful) Warranty. Leading Edge clearly cares about it’s customers and doing the right thing! I will Call Leading Edge for anything the hubby can’t do!!!
