Had a main line backup, called around 9am, they made it out fast and water is running well again by 11. It was a bit more expensive than I expected for a snake job, but they showed up with no minimum for quoting, fixed the issue, explained to me in depth along with preventative advice, and even provided a bottle of enzymes form maintenance.
Doug did a great job! I had 2 things that needed replacing in my house: a toilet, and a shower spout & handle. Not only did Doug provide excellent customer service the first visit as well as the repair visit, he repaired/replaced everything in a timely and efficient way. I would refer Doug to anyone that needs plumbing services. Thank you Doug & Roto Rooter!
Clarence and Hunter were both great. They explained issues that I asked about and they cleared the nasty clog in the sewer line. More importantly, they honored a verbal agreement to clear the problem a second time for $0 when the same problem occurred 3 months after the initial fix. Thanks for the fix and honesty. Not that common anymore. Tom
