After getting 5 quotes it became clear that Alex and Roof Crafters we’re going to be in the best position to install a complicated flat roof section of our home, and address all the complicated cutouts we had through the roof around vents and chimneys. Samuel and his crew were always very polite when they were on site, very thorough, and all of the work was professionally done. When I could not be on site, it was great to have the link of pictures showing the progress on the roof. Can’t say enough good things about Roof Crafters. I was apprehensive with such big investment, but clearly chose the right company. Thanks Roof Crafters!
I had a concrete tile roof that was 40 years old that developed a leak. It would be almost as expensive to repair the leak as to get a new roof. Alex from Roof Crafters gave me a bid which I accepted after getting two other bids. I replaced the tile roof with an asphalt shingle roof (Owens Corning Duration Max) with a 10 year manufacturers workmanship warranty. I also had Owens Corning ice and water shield installed. The work was labor intensive, because of the removal of the tile. Samuel was the Forman and worker who was in charge of the project. He and his crew did an excellent job. I highly recommend Roof Crafters, Inc., especially Samuel and his crew.
I visited there office unannounced and was greeted by Peter on site. He was kind enough to give me a few minutes of his time which was appreciated.
