Great Basin replaced my roof in December 2023. They return calls very quickly, which is amazing. now a days! The service I received was top notch! Not only did Carlos explain the various types of roof I could purchase, he explained the entire process from start to finish. It was wonderful to watch it all come to life. The workers of Great Basin were amazing as well. They were very kind and always happy to answer my questions. They are hard workers and get the job done!! We reached out to Great Basin along with 5 other roofers in Dec 2024. They were 1 of 3 that got back to us quickly. Within 1 week we had our Estimate. Their Estimate was the most thorough and addressed everything that could possibly come up. The communication was great from beginning to end and the crew was polite, clean, and friendly. Great Basin Roofing returned my call in a week after I called them. Within another week, Joe came out to take a look at the roof. He came inside the house to see where the water stains and paint bubbles(created by leaks) were. He took some measurements and interviewed me about the condition of the leaks. I received an estimate right away. Upon acceptance of the estimate the work was started within a couple of weeks. The roofing crew was exceptional! They worked very hard and fast. They were very professional. I thought that the work area and area around my house would be dirty because of the nature of the work but it was not.
