Casey helped us when we stopped in their showroom last year. He spent time explaining all their hot tub options and was very knowledgeable. We ended buying a tub through them a few months later and had an easy purchasing experience. Casey is always very kind and willing to help. We originally saw Robert Allen at a home show. We saw a tub we liked and after the show went to their show room to look at all of their spas. They have a big selection and take their time to explain all the features of each spa we were interested in. Othey gave us what we felt was a good price. Once we selected a spa, we paid for it and they ordered our spa. When the spa arrived they called and set up a time that worked for me to deliver the spa.
