Casey helped us when we stopped in their showroom last year. He spent time explaining all their hot tub options and was very knowledgeable. We ended buying a tub through them a few months later and had an easy purchasing experience. Casey is always very kind and willing to help. We originally saw Robert Allen at a home show. We saw a tub we liked and after the show went to their show room to look at all of their spas. They have a big selection and take their time to explain all the features of each spa we were interested in. Othey gave us what we felt was a good price. Once we selected a spa, we paid for it and they ordered our spa. When the spa arrived they called and set up a time that worked for me to deliver the spa. Absolutely loving our M Series hot tub. Casey was super knowledgeable in the showroom. Explained every single one so we could choose. Zach and his delivery team were super awesome. Showed up on time to Winnemucca. Fast set up and he explained everything to us.
