This location is busy every time I'm in here (which is yearly). I am always impressed by how kind and efficient they are. I also feel like the staff is very empathetic when blood draws don't go well and they have to poke around a bit. I appreciate only going once a year and am thankful for their customer service when I do come in. I also appreciate how easy the lot is to get in and out of and how big it is. No worries on getting there and not being able to find parking. The lobby is also clean and neat.
