When I went to my doctor about a skin condition & asked for a referral, she referred me to this Dermatology location. When trying to call the first time which was about 4 times at 2pm, I got no answer. I left a voicemail as well in case they were busy in hopes of getting a call back. I tried calling again on a different day at 9am & still NO ANSWER. This is very unprofessional & makes me question if the front desk people are doing their job. Do better.

Had a facial with Dermaplane and I am very happy with the results. Brenda was profesional and pleasant, the room and ambiance very relaxing. Also, great prices for this kind of treatments. Will definitely come back :)

I had a facial procedure done here, and my experience was absolutely great! From the warm greeting at the front desk to the very educated technicians, that will do the procedure for you, the experience was definitely positive. First timer to the dermatologist - and didn't really know what to expect. The staff was great, friendly, professional and there was zero wait time. I think my only complaint is that as a new patient I didn't know what to expect, and there was little to no explanation, and I had to google what to do afterwards because she didn't tell me anything. It was literally a 15-20 minute appointment and I really could have used some explanation of what she was going to do, and when making an appointment for the following week, I didn't really know what it was for, so ended up cancelling. I'll call and find out what the plan is, and I will for sure be back. I 100% recommend, and it's important you advocate for yourself, and that's on me that I didn't speak up when I had the opportunity to ask questions.

I've tried other dermatologists in the Reno/Sparks area, but I really hit the jackpot with this one. Ease of Getting an Appointment I called on a Monday and got an appointment for that Thursday. They seem to keep Thursday afternoons open for new patients, in order to provide excellent customer service. Friendliness of Staff Everyone I interacted with was very friendly and relaxed. The dermatologist, Dr. Angela Walker, was kind and gentle. She had a calm demeanor that put me at ease. Atmosphere It honestly felt more like a day spa. I didn't have to fill out any long forms. There were no phones ringing off the hook. The lighting and decor were softer and more relaxing than you find in most doctor's offices. They have an entire wall of very nice looking skin care products for sale, which adds to the day spa feel, but there was no pressure to buy any of it. I am so happy that I found this place. Going back once a year will be a pleasure, rather than a chore.

Personalities of very miserable people.No one even broke a smile, and they sure didn't make me feel welcome. I won't be going back. If you need a dermatologist to take care of you, this is not the place.
