Throughout both my adult life and life as a child I have always struggled with all things medical. I have had horrendous experience's with doctors and healthcare in general. It is always incredibly scary and anxiety inducing for me to seek primary care. All that being said, I really enjoy Reno Primary Care. Melanie is always so kind and helpful! Jessica is a Rockstar at drawing blood and is also super delightful. Melissa listens to concerns thoroughly and does a great job at seeking solutions. I still get frustrated with my health issues but it is in no part due to anyone at Reno Primary Care!
It’s good to feel cared for by the entire staff. From reception to vitals to being seen by my provider. Easy to schedule an appointment in a timely fashion. An all around great experience
This office having their own phlebotomist is something I brag about and not something I ever saw myself doing. Getting my bloodwork done has always been a huge challenge due to anxiety. I’ve had so many bad experiences with my phobia due to painful blood draws with very unfriendly staff or extremely long waits. This wonderful woman, named Jessica, has eliminated any anxiety I have about needles. I don’t feel anything and she’s never had to poke me more than once. She’s a pro, no nonsense, and I am truly grateful for how good she is at what she does.
