From the moment you walking into the Willow location you’re treated with care. The receptionist is friendly and welcoming and the care team (especially Alyssa Antiado) are amazing! As someone that deals closely with insurance, I am impressed with how they've mitigated a lot of the normal frustrations that would come if this was an insurance based practice. Glad to see people getting the care they need!

Because it's the right thing to do, and I've made my point, and, as I said, I am a business owner too. Please do better!!!****
I contacted this business to discuss a potential collaboration and found the interaction disappointing. The communication style came across as dismissive, and I didn’t feel treated respectfully.
I understand that running a small business can be challenging, and everyone has off days, but professionalism and courtesy are always important in business interactions.
Based on my experience, I’ve decided not to pursue further engagement with this company. I hope my feedback is taken constructively.

I met Kate about year ago. I was looking around for a provider to manage my blood pressure. At that time I was also getting GLP1 from another place little did I know when I made this appointment JUST for my blood pressure which was about 220/110 was I going to meet the BEST provider ever WHO in turn also was able to provide GLP1 at a more affordable price BUT more importantly gave me the confidence, guidance and encouragement! I started at 259 pounds, when I met Kate I was at 235 and today I’m happy and proud to say I’ve lost 89 pounds! With NO excess skin, excellent blood pressure and a new friend. She is 💯 always available and truly has blessed me more than she probably even knows! Easy to talk to and listens and doesn’t just brush you off! Changed my life, self esteem and health! Oh and got me the right GLP1! Love this office and what they do for patients without insurance!! Shows how they truly care for patients and community!

Reno Family Medical Group is hands down the best medical experience I’ve ever had.
I found myself without insurance and in need of care ASAP. After the headache of looking at traditional insurance options, I came across an ad for RFMG and discovered Direct Primary Care (which was new to me). After some research, I decided to give it a try and signed up for their affordable monthly subscription — and I’m so glad I did.
Dr. Kate Gross is one of the kindest souls I’ve ever met. She treats me like family, and whenever I have a medical concern, she’s just a text or office visit away. It’s so refreshing to actually feel like your primary care provider cares about you as a person, not just as a number.
I’ve been a member since June and have had a handful of visits, and every single time I feel seen, heard, and truly cared for. That’s something I never experienced with my previous doctors, and I feel blessed to have found RFMG.
If you’re in Reno/Sparks and looking for a primary care option that offers quick responses, unlimited office visits, and a doctor with exceptional bedside manner, look no further than Reno Family Medical Group.
Oh — and the office? It’s beautiful, clean, and welcoming. I actually feel special when I go to the doctor, which is something I never thought I’d say.

Kate and everyone at the Mayberry office is amazing! They respond quickly whenever we have questions. Kate always answers all of our questions and is very knowledgeable and has helped us so much. We love this office because we are able to usually make same day appointments if not get seen the next day. Their website is very easy to make appointments. Even for our daughters. We are apart of their membership which makes it super helpful when our girls get sick instead of taking them to the urgent care we can usually get right in for them and ourselves.

Amazing group of people. The helped my girlfriend get established with specialists in town and prepare for being a mom. They don't take insurance from what I understand and I love that. They get to know you and feels like they really care.
