We were on vacation in our Motorhome and got stranded in Reno with an overheating issue. After being turned away by multiple shops, we were referred to Ramage. We pulled in and spoke with Jim, the owner. He too was extremely busy and couldn’t fit us in, but he took time out of his busy schedule to make some calls for us. He got us in touch with another mechanic who got us taken care of. Without Jim’s help, we would have easily been stuck in Reno for at least a month. If his mechanical skills are anything like his customer service, you can’t go wrong with this shop! Thanks again Jim.

I have worked with Jim for over 20 years and has always made extra efforts to keep my trucks in good maintenance. He is very thorough and addresses service items as they come due. He is very trustworthy and honest with his repairs.

I called to get the A/C checked out in late August on our Motorhome as was told they could do it but might take a couple of weeks due to how busy they were. Jim said they would try and work it in. Two days later I got a call from Jim who said it was all done and works good. That is why this company has been in business for over 30 years because of good service and competitive prices. Thanks Ramage. Would recommend!

This place is a damn joke, Broke down on the freeway and need 24hr road service but they wont come out unless you have an account even if you are good for the money great way to bring in new accounts. I HIGHLY dont recommend these people

Jim the owner, took the time to listen to the issues I was having with my truck, diagnose the problem and give me a very reasonable estimate to repair it. I agreed to have the repair done, he ordered the parts and called me when they were in. I brought my truck back in for the repair and it was completed on time for a little less then the original estimate! I will definitely use Ramage Truck Repair for all of my repairs in the future and I am happy to recommend them.

We brought our RV in for shock replacements & brake adjustment. Jim Ramage, the owner, looked the coach over & told us the shocks were in good shape. We just needed a height adjustment. Saved us $$$$. Then on the way out of town we had an air brake system problem. Called up & he had us bring it in right away. We narrowed the problem down to our toad vehicle & corrected the problem at no charge. Great service, honest evaluations & at a good price. We'll be back for our annual safety inspection!
