Truly great place to train. They are particularly ahead of the curve in working with athletes returning from injury/transitioning from PT to sport. These are not cookie cutter workouts but are tailored and scaled for the specific athlete. Especially appreciate Marc's knowledge and understanding of skiers, ski injury rehab his willingness to explore all possibilities towards athlete improvement.

I am in the medical field and normally active and fit. When I received a diagnosis of a herniated disc, I was lead to believe my activity would forever be limited and that pain management would be a life long issue. When I called Marc at performance EDU, not only was he confident he could help but he got me in quickly and did a more thorough evaluation than any PT or MD I had seen. I have learned so much about movement patterns and my individual needs with Marc’s personalized approach. With his guidance, I am back to athletic programming and pain free.
