We had an amazing experience with Josh and Anthony at Paul’s Plumbing & Heating! They were professional, extremely knowledgeable, transparent throughout the entire process, and truly took the time to explain everything clearly. It’s hard to find a company that is this honest, reliable, and consistent, but they absolutely delivered.
Their customer service and quality of work did not disappoint, and you can tell they genuinely care about their clients. I 100% recommend Paul’s Plumbing & Heating to anyone looking for trustworthy and dependable service. Thank you again, Josh and Brian, for going above and beyond!
Paul’s Heating and A/C has done excellent work for me and I highly recommend them! You get to talk to a real person (Reagan) when you call and she is friendly and helpful. On one of the (so far) hottest days of the year my A/C wasn’t working. Josh and Jimmy added me to the end of their already busy day at 5pm on a Friday. They came up with a solution that is keeping me cool until they return with a more permanent resolution in 2 weeks. Both are friendly and explain things clearly. Paul’s has also installed a furnace in my house. Thank you, everyone!!
I had them out to disconnect my ac condenser for landscape equipment, access, and reconnect after the job was done, Brennan, and his second… Sorry I don’t know his name came out both times on time and did a great job… Very polite and professional….i had an hvac Company for 30 years and have recently retired..
