Katania is amazing! I have Ulcerative Colitis and was flaring. My GI wanted to put me on medication that has really bad side effects. I spoke with Kat and she recommended a natural treatment plan. I’m no longer flared and my doctor said I don’t need to come back because my inflammation is gone!

Katania came highly recommended from multiple friends of mine and so I decided to give acupuncture a try to help with stress, headaches, and monthly cycle pain. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I felt very comfortable and welcomed. She is very welcoming and asks good questions. I am a little afraid of needles but It was not painful at all! I have seen a noticeable difference after just three visits with a combination of herbal supplements. I am starting to feel like a new person! If you aren’t quite feeling yourself I would encourage you to give it a try!

I went to see Katania for the first time when I had Bells Palsy. The extent of my condition involved little to no movement on the right side of my face, including not being able to blink or shut my eye. Today I have fully recovered and I can honestly say acupuncture by Katania contributed to me regaining movement in my face. I highly suggest seeing Dr. Taylor, she is professional, caring and delivers results! I also have used her in my IVF journey, before implantation of an embryo, I received treatment to help the embryo take. There have been many studies that show acupuncture increases your chances of an embryo taking. Dr. Taylor has studied this technique, and I’m happy to say that I have one kiddo, and another on the way!

After months of dealing with untreated and unknown where from pain, I found Katania. And thank goodness I did. After months of being told my medical doctors that they didn’t know or they couldn’t help me or here, try this pain medicine, I was done. Frustrated and desperate, I knew it was time for alternative medical help. Katania not only helped subside my pain, she, along with my incredible new primary, could pinpoint where the issue was stemming from and both knew what to do to help. I’m finally feeling relief when I was certain I would just have severe pain for life. Still a road ahead to get to 100% but I’m grateful to have Katania by my side to help get me there. I walked into One Sky Natural Health hoping to treat my daily mild-moderate migraines, as this was my foremost ailment. I walked out each time with a sense of wellbeing and within an hour my migraines had either completely dissipated or was near to it. I am going thru chemotherapy and I know what an added blessing acupuncture has been to help me thru. The true blessing is having someone like Dr.Taylor support you thru that journey as well.

I was in such a bad state when I found her she was so kind and compassionate and has helped me immensely in fighting my pain through acupuncture and herb supplements, she has found the best treatment for me and I am so so grateful.
