Never found a consistently good hair stylist until going to Lisa. If you communicate what you like or don't like during the process, she works with you. She also keeps her area very clean and always has good music playing. I'm never getting my hair cut anywhere else.
Had an appointment with Lisa yesterday - have been a client for about 2 years, as has my husband. We are both very happy with Lisa - she is always very responsive to contact, changes in our schedules, even squeezed our adult son in on short notice, and makes sure we are all on the same page by texting reminders the day prior to our appointment. She has done a great job with keeping my hair looking healthy and well-groomed, with good haircuts and using good products. She works hard to make sure she knows what I want to have done, and is very professional about making it happen. It's obvious she's been doing this for a long time, and knows/applies the trade very well. Her prices seem very reasonable, and she's a gracious and humble person - we have a shared quite a few laughs, as well as encouragements. She works very long hours, but manages to stay on top of keeping her supplies well stocked, and keeping a good attitude - the latter being a quality that seems to be rapidly disappearing. Hope it's contagious!
Sixteen years is a long time for a New Me at New You. I have aged, but Lisa keeps my hair young. She is a master at her craft, especially with cuts and color weaves. And she is collaborative, pleasant, and accommodating to all her clients. I have watched her interact gently with older clients and families, teenagers, men and women. Everyone is always smiling and appreciative.
There is no drama, no attitude. Just a great environment to feel renewed and good about yourself. A+++
