Today i went to the Vision care in this walmart when i usually go to the one in carson city. Today i was in reno and it was close to closing , so i wouldn't had made it to the one in carson. Anyways, im new to contacts and wanted to try a different pair. I am prescribed a prescription and told the woman what was going on and she told me no. i think her name was Joyce? she was extreamly rude and put her hand up at me saying it was illegal to try a different contact. i really needed contacts because the ones i have itch my eyes. i don't appreciate the rudeness when i asked politely , it was just a question and was no need for that.

Terrible customer service. Had an appointment for 10am and waited over an hour. Staff are rude and unprofessional. Save yourself from frustration. Go somewhere else!!!!
