Had my appointment made with Steven. Came in and asked if he could do a specific cut. He immediately knew what to do and made sure it was what I wanted, down to every detail. 5 Stars I made an appointment with Jeromy and asked for a zero fade that went below my bald spot. From the moment I walked in, the shop had a chill, comfortable vibe that made a great first impression. I had been going to Great Clips for a long time and usually left disappointed with uneven fades and that rushed assembly line feeling mixed with forced small talk. Jeromy made me feel completely at ease, like I was finally in the right place. He took his time, got the fade perfect, and made sure everything looked clean and balanced. The best part is that he was able to replicate exactly the look I had in mind—down to the smallest detail. It’s rare to find someone who combines such skill with a warm and welcoming attitude.
