10/10 Carla worked on exactly where I wanted and needed but also professionally gave me balanced body work. Although I only scheduled 30 minutes, the message I got was the best I've ever received (of approximately 60 in my life). Also, it was easy to make an appointment and then to check in. The women at the front desk were great and also professional. There wasn’t anything about my experience that was less than perfect.
