I have not had my car repaired yet. But I did have it looked at and they ended up checking everything that might have been the problem. They are going to use quality parts not some chain auto parts store part .and they have a warranty with the parts an labor so I am definitely comfortable with them doing the repair soon.

I had been to another shop before Mapt and it was terrible so i had my truck moved to Mapt and was amazed by the service and work. Seth and Mathew went way above and beyond to help out and get things taken care of. This will be my service center moving forward.

So I hate to be a stereotype but I hate dealing with car maintenance. I have had a number of bad experiences here in Reno, namely the local-giant dealership service department. So I decided to use Yelp project quote to look for a better service. MAPT responded quickly and basically took care of what the dealership messed up. I’m hopeful that I’ve found a shop that can take care of the scheduled maintenance and more going forward. I’d rather support local small businesses anyway!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement
