Amazing work! Not only did the owner give me a quote when other places wouldn’t, he made sure I wasn’t spending more than I had to. Such an honest and hardworking dude and he is always running around and doing everything for his customers! I even took his cards to put in our office because I think he deserves as many referrals as he can handle, haha. Thank you for everything!

Most legit mechanic I've found in my travels, he found a problem that other shops missed. Edwin knows his stuff. When he couldn't find the replacement part (it's an old car, Reno's not huge) I practically had to twist his arm to accept payment for the diagnosis. He advised on the part to order and assured I'd make the rest of the trip. Genuinely good dude, I'd definitely use this shop again and recommend it highly

So a few weeks ago i had recieved a check engine light on my car. code read, it was a coolant leak so i brought it to Ford thursday of last week. they took it, said we should have a diagnosis at the end of the day. they call at 2:00pm, says nobody has seen my car yet, and theyll try to get someone on it asap so i can drive to work the next morning. i hear nothing for the next 26 hours so i had them drive my car back, and they said if i kept it there i probably wouldnt have had a diagnosis until tuesday. that night i called Profession Auto Care, spoke to Edwin, he told me to come in the next morning. i show up, he IMMEDIATELY noticed the problem. he tells me the problem,...read full review
