I came in same day after going to a different salon the day before, where my hair unfortantley didn't turn out as I expected. I was stressed and honestly nervous to trust someone else with my hair especially being blonde & having handtied extensions... but the second I sat in their chair, they were comforting, reassuring, and so kind. They took the time to really listen, walk me through the entire process, and explain exactly what they were doing to get my hair where I wanted it to be. Brittany did my highlights & Kayla did my sew in extensions & they both put aside time to work together and figure out the best color match for me. Their energy is friendly, easy to talk to, and instantly puts you at ease. You can tell they genuinely care about their clients and their confidence. They also kept in mind the integrity of my hair and keeping it healthy which was really important to me. I left feeling so much better about my hair and the whole experience. “We reside in Oregon but we do come to Reno occasionally. I got a haircut here and decided that this would be the spot where my daughters would get their haircuts from then on too. Their customer service is great. Affordable prices. If you don’t want wait time then book ahead of time. We’ve had to wait the times we’ve been here but not too long. My daughters and I love our haircuts and our hair seems to grow much faster as well! Clean place all around. Bathrooms available. Parking can get busy because there are other businesses around. They offer other services as well. Definitely will be back!“
