Super unprofessional. Called to get some info in order to come up with a gameplan. It was after hours. It says 24hrs. He got upset because I was aking about an approximate estimate on parts and amount of hours it could take. He told me if I cant afford to repair a truck to get out the business and hung up in my face. Life happens to everyone. But to kick someone while their already having an issue is ridiculous and uncalled for. I pray that when he needs help, and he will someday, that someone blesses him and shows him compassion and empathy. Show him how it's supposed to be done.
If you are a trucker and get shut down at this crossing, get ready to be screwed over by this company. Say one thing, do another and then bill you even more when they change there mind. You are better off getting a hot shot come in from Tucson and pay whatever than dealing with this clown. Should be zero stars.
