Kyra, Marissa, Rosella, Veronica and the entire team with La Di Da far surpassed my hopes and expectations for my wedding day hair and makeup. They were not just sweet and lovely to work with but also flexible and adjusted with me as needed. Worth every dollar.

Marissa was SUCH a joy and a light to join us on our wedding morning!! She arrived promptly and seamlessly blended into our morning flow. She softly chatted with my first bridesmaid while we were still waking up and as we all built energy - she matched us every fun step of the way!! As my sister was getting her make-up done, my (now husband!) and I practiced our first dance and seeing Marissa’s real-time reaction to our dance along with our small group of friends was SO. DAMN. FUN. All the while, she continued to flawlessly do hair and make-up!
I have to highlight that my sister is typically hesitant to have professional hair and make-up done as she doesn’t usually feel like herself. She often requests ‘natural’ and ‘light’ make-up, yet stylists typically go heavy - which is normal for photos/the industry. However, Marissa NAILED her make-up and her request and my sister said this was the very first time she’d ever received professional make-up where she genuinely loved her look. She said she felt like she was in her own skin, ~but glam.
I loved my hair and make-up on the trial day, yet Marissa worked with me to make it ultimately PERFECT for the day of the wedding. We had lots of rain on our wedding day, and both my hair and make-up held up through all of it!!
If you’re considering La-Di-Da, Marissa is the best and will bring so much more than just great looks and hair to your day. <3
The only reasoning for 4 stars out of 5 is for the price, it felt quite high per service. The quality was worth it in the end.

Rosella, Courtney and Hannah did an amazing job! From an amazing trial where they really spent the time and energy to make sure the look was exactly what I wanted to the slight tweaks we made on the wedding day itself, they were amazingly talented and professional. My bridal party all looked fantastic and the hair and makeup lasted all night! I even did a boat ride during my cocktail hour and the hair and makeup did not budge! Highly recommend this team.

If you are looking for a salon that is clean, adorably decorated, provides drinks and snacks, and has some of the best stylists in Reno, this is your place! My hair stylist is Emily and she is absolutely phenomenal! I've been seeing her for a few years, and followed her from another salon, and had my first visit here today and couldn't be happier! The location is centrally located off Longley and is a true gem!

I was looking for a youthful high school chunky highlight. I presented a photo to Abbie and asked if she could fulfill this request. I'd had previous minimal highlights and she said it would be no problem at all. Unfortunately, what I got was nothing near the photo I presented to her. I had a bleach spot in the front of my head, about the size of a quarter. It was so light it appeared gray. The excessively chunky highlights were not what I requested and I was so upset. I said that I really didn't like the color and that it didn't look like the photo, so she said she would tone it again. Even after the toner, I left in shock. I was charged full price and she could tell by my silence and my facial expression, I was not happy. I went home and told my Mom what happened ( I'm a teenager still in high school) and she told me to call and let her know that it needed to be fixed. I messaged Abbie how unhappy I was and she offered to "fix" it but it would be another few days before she could get to me. She knew I started school on Monday and I told her I couldn't start school until my hair was fixed because it was that bad but said she couldn't fit me in until Wednesday; however, later decided she could squeeze me in Monday morning. It was all a mess. I get that she was busy but when you pay good money for a service, you expect to get a good service, especially when there is a well known name behind the salon. Lastly, when I went in for her to fix it, I no longer had faith in her abilities. So I had her just dye my hair back to brown and even then, the spots she added the excessively big chunky highlights to didn't match the rest of my hair. This review is to just warn others that Abbie may need more training in her hair color abilities. She is super sweet but overly confident in her ability to do what you requested.

I’ve never had better service + atmosphere + efficiency at the same place. Kara + La di La couldn’t be a best match! Kara has been doing my hair for a few years now and there’s no place I go people don’t ask me where I get my hair done! My hair’s been blonde for years and looks healthy and full- without extensions!- When I go home to Brasil people get amazed how pretty my blonde is. The salon has such great ambience, the music is cool, the snacks and drinks are on point and all the girls working there are great, my favorite duo is Kara and Miranda of course! Don’t think twice before trying La di La! They have a coffee bar btw!! Look for Kara, but don’t overbook her!
