I was a tenant at Village At WildCreek, unfortunately the manager there has no care. I went to The Corporate Office and Koralynn helped my family tremendously. She is a wonderful Portfolio Manager, she goes above and beyond!!!!!!!

I submitted a request for more information during non-business hours. The very next morning Erika reached out to me & was very friendly, patient with all of my questions & very informative!

Kromer despite what he says, Does NOT care about his tenants or maintenance of his complexes and they DON'T return calls or emails!! I live at Riverwood a d the elevators in both buildings have been shut down for 4 weeks. They work but they do not meet all the recent code changes, so the State has closed them. To date all we have heard is it'll be a few more days! Many of uswho live here on the second and third floors are trapped. We cannot do laundry, get our mail or take trash out as all those are on the ground floor!
