I needed a broken shower faucet replaced in a hurry, and they were able to get to the house the next day. The plumber was very nice, and professional, showed me what was going on, and outlined a repair plan that included picking up a part. It seemed kind of expensive, but they were quick to respond and repair. That said, Plumbing stuff is slways expensive, so it probably was the industry standard rate. I personally would charge a lot more if I had to put my hand down in that water main turn off hole, also known as, black widow nest!!

The under-sink water filter developed a slow-drip leak. The filter is located such that it can't be inspected easily. Shea did a careful inspection of the filter and all connections. The leak source was not found; possibly it leaks only under the high water pressure in our SE Reno neighborhood. Shea checked and tightened all connections and the filter housing. If the leak starts again, it will likely be a manufacturing defect that only leaks under pressure and is otherwise not visible. If I choose to replace the filter assembly, I will request Shea to do the installation. He works with a positive attitude and excercises skill and thoroughness! Chuck C.

I used IHS for replacing the hot water heater in the crawl space of my home. It was an awful job but Greg tackled it with an amazing attitude. He showed up exactly on time, charged me what he had quoted, and finished on time. I couldn't be more pleased and will definitely call again for future plumbing needs.
