Amanda took the phone call and was extremely pleasant and helpful. She contacted a technician and called me right back to say they could fit me in today! Within 30 minutes Gary and Cody showed up and solved the emergency leak we had. 10 STARS. Fast and friendly!
Alex hooked up the bathroom plumbing after we had our counter redone. He also came in the day before, on short notice, to fix the stop valve so we could get the counters done in time. Very friendly and prompt. He also followed up the next day after we thought we encountered a problem with the new install. Overall, very helpful
Gary showed up ready to work at the predetermined appointment time. Friendly and ready to get the job. He even offered to come early. We had issues with low water pressure. He was able diagnose the problem in 5 minutes replaced the part in 15 mins a while training apprentice.
