We have been patients of Dr Choi for many years. Always very caring and the staff is great. The dental work has been very good all these years with only one issue: my husband still has a sensitive tooth that the doctor worked on and needs to be addressed. We miss the parafin hand treatment and warm neck pillow. I hope they bring it back. Those small services make a patient feel important and helps them to relax.

The practice is full. They clean teeth well and have a nice "spa" atmosphere going, but a star off for ZERO flexibility in scheduling. Maybe a sign of success, but a 6-8mo wait to reschedule an appointment? I just had to go elsewhere.

I have been going to Dr Choi for over 10 years and he is a phenomenal dentist with an incredible staff. Like other reviewers have mentioned his office is very much a spa like experience. His staff has always been professional, courteous, friendly and pleasant to be around. I am quite frankly shocked by the negative reviews I'm seeing regarding how busy his small practice is, and how it seems like some people have no clue what dentistry was like to do as a business during and post covid.
