Chris is an excellent HVAC technician. He really knows his way around a furnace and AC unit. He was polite and patient with me explaining how they worked together and answering all my questions. He even loaned me a semi-portable AC unit which helped my dogs and I weather the 90 degree temps until he got my system up and running.
Sean came out to perform annual inspection and maintenance of water heater. He found parts that needed to be replaced. Work was performed in a timely manner. I have been using Hawthorne for years, and trust thier work and repairs.
Called 6/18/26, was able to come out that day, no waiting. Showed up, tested unit out. Was told my unit was from 2018 even though I had unit installed in 3/22 by Cavallero they installed an old unit & charged me full price. Anyway Hawthorne did the repairs not more than 15 minutes, back up & running. I was given a senior discount, we will all sleep better tonight . Thanks Issac
