The competency and quality of the physicians are undisputed. However the availability, wait times, appointments themselves are significantly lacking. Even if you have a pediatrician, you'll never be able to get in and see them if you are needing anything. No other providers will be available either. This is an appointment only place, and that does not work for me or my children. Renown always tells me to take my children to an urgent care. I now have an outside provider, same day my children nursing, email availability, prescriptions without being seen for minor medical issues. Much better customer service. I love this group... however went to the office got there at 4:40 pm... Open till 5 and there was no ine in the front... I could hear the MA's talking in the back.. Waited for 10 to 15 min till someone came up front... I was a CMA... And to me this was really unprofessional... I guess I have high standards... But this also concerned me for Hipaa compliance... I am only giving a 1 star review because I feel this should be addressed especially since another mom came in waited and left... read full review

Tried to make sick appointment twice but none of the pediatricians were available in both times! They simply want you to go to urgent care. If you can't accept sick kids due to bust schedule, either don't accept new patients or hire more pediatricians!!!
