Rick did a fantastic job. I was in a bind, driving through Reno and I called him at 7:00am and got back to me within 5 min of my call, we met and he fixed my trailer electronics fast, My problem resolved was resolved very quickly. He was a pleasure to work with. Both his wife and Rick were very courteous, knowledgeable. They are just good people. I'm glad I called them. I'd use them anytime I came through. Thank you
We had an emergency AC issue in our RV during summer heat and they came out quickly, diagnosed the problem honestly, and fixed it for a very fair price. They took the time to explain what caused the issue and were incredibly kind and professional. We really appreciated how helpful and knowledgeable they were. Highly recommend!
So whole traveling I had a problem with my thuma aqua system and no access to water due to a massive leak.
I rang Rick who was totally upfront on what it would cost for him to come out. Instead he suggested I show him the problem via FaceTime. When connected water was spewing 10 ft in the air. Rick showed me how to disconnect the part and we diagnosed that the O rings had disintegrated! He spent 20 mins over the phone. I ran to Home Depot bought 2 o rings and solved the issue! No charge from Rick…..I ask you who goes to that extent to help someone. Knowledge is power, but what a great guy, so genuine ! Thanks Rick.
