I had a clogged black water tank. Thank heavens Rick was able to get here the same day to get it cleared out for me. Rick and his wife are very personable as they went about their duty of cleaning out the dude and getting things flowing again. They are knowledgeable and professional in thei job. Good communication. Rick was easy to talk to. He helped fix my clogged plumbing. It took longer than expected but it wasn’t Rick’s fault. We both thought it was going to be a quick fix but there were some unforeseen issues. If I’m ever in Reno again and have a problem, I’ll certainly call him again.
