You guys are awesome!!! I had a rough night of no heat in the house. I was worried I had run out of heating oil. I called first thing this morning. You came out as scheduled like a knight & shining armor. Answering my prayers and saved the day. Thank you for happily servicing my heating oil tank. More than grateful to become a long time customer with your company!

Saved the Day! Another oil company let my oil tank run dry! Of course it is the weekend. My HVAC guy recommended Greg. Greg came out and immediately filled the tank. The other company never "filled" the tank, which is why I ran out. Now they are out and I am dedicated to Five Star... great service, great guy... and locally owned and operated, instead of a National Company where you cannot talk with anyone!

These guys were amazing. I sheduled a fuel refill and totally forgot they didnt accept card. Instead of leaving me luterally in the cold, they worked with me and extended the honor system that I would drop off payment. I honestly didnt believe there was trust left in business at all. I was and am SO grateful!!!
