“I have had my eyebrows done several times over the years. Last year I went to Northern Nevada Permanent Makeup for the first time. Amber, the owner, is adorable and does an excellent job. This is the best my brows have ever looked. I will be back for a touch up when my brows need it. I am a year out from my original appointment and she sent me an annual reminder for a "touch up" , but noted that I may not yet need one. Since my brows still look fabulous, I will wait longer, but she is the only one I will go to from now on. Just one thing, book in advance (way before you think you want an appointment.) She is that popular!“
