Had an appointment today with Lorena. She met me in the hallway right as I got there, brought me over to her chair, and offered me a water, all of which felt awfully nice and accommodating!She's a good communicator, was attentive to what I asked for, delightfully conversational, and the haircut looked great!First time there, and I'm sure I'll be back!

Candy was amazing! ??She cut my hair ??‍♀️ and accommodated my need to color my hair, even though she had other clients and I booked her for hair cut only.??‍♀️ She knew how much I needed to have a nice color to go with the beautiful cut she gave me.Candy is knowledge and friendly.?? She offers excellent customer service. I am so happy I discovered this little gem in Reno. ?

My second time at the salon and Emily is uhmazing. I describe her as an artist, a mixologist who is great with colors, shes very personable and a true sweetheart. Look her up. You will not be disappointed!
