I am grateful to Charlie's Place for helping me to make my appointments that day by taking my dog last minute. Another doggie daycare in the area refused to take my dog when she barked at them and I was panicked on what to do with my dog. After an evaluation by Sam, Charlie's Place gladly took her without a problem. They understand the herding breeds and immediately put me and my dog at ease. I travel 3 hours to Reno regularly and often need daycare for my dog while I go to medical treatments. I will use Charlie's Place again.

Everyone working here was super nice. The facility was clean and all the dogs seemed happy to be running around together. Didn't work out for my pup due to the external fences. But would definitely recommend for smaller dogs!

Always a great experience for our family at Charlie’s Place! I wouldn’t leave our fur baby, Lulu, anywhere else. They always take such great care of her when we head out of town.
