I've been using certified pool and spas for years. They service my hot tub every month and are on top of any repairs needed. I highly recommend their knowledgeable and reliable staff!

I felt I needed to say this... we bought a spa elsewhere ( since this company doesn't sell spas anymore) and had a difficult time getting help to know what we are doing. We called CPS and Heather was AMAZING! We went there, she tested our water, dumbed it down for us so we could understand and SHOWED us how to fix our water situation. She also made an apt for a technician to come out at a later date to re test and tell us how to actually use our tub and maintain the water. Hands DOWN! I recommend this company!
