This lady experience continues to earn our trust. Had an ice maker problem, and got someone out in two days. Assessed and ordered ice maker. Following day the freezer went out. They had a seasoned serviceman come out and unfortunately it was going to cost a ridiculous amount for repair. Honestly, he said,”We can’t guarantee this problem might not rear its ugly head again. We found them by searching google for a independent family owned appliance store in Reno. We saw their website and it was so easy to use and navigate. Their pricing was competitive. We ordered a new washer and dryer on the website. They called us to schedule same day. The delivery team was very professional. What a seamless transaction. If i could give e more than 5 stars I would. If you want a great experience Black and White Appliances for the win.
