GREAT dermatologist. I have avoided medical care for years, I have doctor anxiety, and the staff were so kind and patient. Their bedside manner is incredible. Doctors like this really make it easier to start taking care of myself again.

I have seen Dr. Ai three times since moving to Reno last Fall for various skin issues. Her office is consistently very efficient, friendly, personable and Dr. Ai has always been on time for my appointments. She is smart, anticipates and responds to my questions and always provides written instruction for me given all the information she provides to me. I wouldn't think of seeing another derm.

Dr. Julia is always super professional, courteous and gets the job done. I 100% trust her judgement and treatment plans. She does a very thorough job of examining you skin, behind the ears, on the toes and other place you don't even think about getting sun. She is always happy and in bright spirits. It is a pleasure to go see her for my annual skin examination
