I should have paid more attention the reviews, because my experience was eerily similar to the majority of other posters! For various reasons I had to find a new PCP and after exhausting all options of finding a quality provider who was taking new patients, I called Renown to help me find someone. They were able to schedule me, but the appt was two months out. I patiently waited, put in my time request off for work(we are required to do that even if just leaving early, or coming in late) and less than a week before my appt, I received a call informing me my appt was cancelled, asking would I like to reschedule. They ask you to wait over 3 months for an appointment and then 2 months into the wait they call saying your appointment was canceled because of some scheduling change. You can't call the specific location back, so you have to reschedule with the main Renown office and wait another 3 months for a different appointment. Is anyone actually being seen?!

Front reception old woman in medical doctor side, not lab side should not be working there. I was waiting for my doctor appointment and I suddenly felt stressed out with my health issues and asked her for medical staff assistance ( distress, no life threatening assistance) , instead helping me she called 911 without my consent. After paramedics arrived they escorted me out because they believed her lies. Shame on her.
Update 1/28/26. According Jeremy M. (site leader, quality care department), all their staff followed their protocols. Customers be aware if any medical distress, they will call 911 (due to their incompetence is my opinion)
