From the moment I walked in, the shop had a chill, comfortable vibe that made a great first impression. I had been going to Great Clips for a long time and usually left disappointed with uneven fades and that rushed assembly line feeling mixed with forced small talk. Jeromy made me feel completely at ease, like I was finally in the right place. He took his time, got the fade perfect, and made sure everything looked clean and balanced. I walked out feeling good about my haircut and plan on coming back. It's nice finally finding a place in Reno where the barbers care about their work and the vibe matches the quality.“

“I took my kiddo here the other day because he said it was time to freshen up for the new year. This is his second time going but my first time going here with him (his first time his mom took him) and I was very stoked about this place for he showed me his barber aka Austin's (IG: _apbreezy) work on social media and dang his work is fire! Austin is now my kiddo's barber, yes he found a legit barber that suits his style of doings at his age. When we walked in a kind gentleman who I believe was also a barber there but didn't get the chance to ask, but he opened the door for us for my hands were full with two toddlers. He asked what my kids liked to watch and I told him it wasn't necessary to change it but still put on Bluey. We both made light conversations even though my toddlers were all over the place, he made me feel very welcomed and comfortable while my eldest headed over to Austin. I really like the atmosphere inside, it gave me like MTV, semi-goth, clean, laid back vibe. I was glad we scheduled a time where they're so busy, I got the opportunity to move around with having littles with me while waiting for big brother. When big bro got his cut done, I was so surprised how Austin did such a clean line, well finished fade, and the design was neatly done. Austin was also a chill, cool barber I made conversations with while he was doing my kiddo's hair. I see him make conversations with my kiddo too, I can tell why he liked this place and Austin a lot. I'm glad he found a place that falls into his likings. Definitely go here for your son's haircut! And if they're a Middle Schooler, I promise you they won't be disappointed.“
