The team strives to make veterinary care stress-free, ensuring pets feel safe and secure during visits. They are known for being caring and thorough, making pets feel at ease. The staff is accommodating and helpful, even providing extra services such as preparing pets for cross-country moves. Upon entering, pets are welcomed and calmed with gentle touches, such as Feliway-sprayed towels. The veterinary team is gentle, attentive, and answers all questions, instilling confidence in pet owners that their pets are in good care. The staff is also very kind and supportive, explaining everything clearly so owners understand what’s going on with their pets. They give treats during exams and take their time to ensure pets and owners feel comfortable. Pets often wait excitedly by the door, eager to see their new doctor friends, reflecting the friendly and loving atmosphere of the hospital.
I really will recommend Aspen Animal Wellness because Dr. Indart and allow staff there are very wonderful to the owners and their patients and they give the patients treats in the examine room and they don’t rush everything and explain everything to the owners so you can understand what’s going on with your pets! as you can see our fur babies love coming into Aspen...N.J. and Pepper love the relaxing, zen music in the exam rooms. All the doctors and vet techs are amazing. Aimee, Marie and Nicole are the best client service reps, one of them is always there to get you scheduled over the phone and check you in without rushing you. They are always really accommodating when my doggy comes in too, as she has a hard time at check in area if other dogs are near. Highly recommended. We love the vibe here.
Dr Indart and the front staff are hands down the best in NV in my opinion. They have really got my family and pets through some rough times. Talk about compassion, care, and all around good care. This should be everyone’s vet. ♥️ With Love Fugate, Hallmark, Tacadena Family.
