All of the front desk ladies were amazing and so sweet. The doctor was awesome as well. Does take a long time, I waited over two hours for x rays, but it is a 24hr emergency service, so that’s understandable. But overall, this is a good place to go.
So beyond grateful to the amazing, friendly staff here. Dr. Martini is phenomenal! I wish she could be our normal vet. She was helpful, informative, and honest. Hope to not need emergency services again, but will definitely go here if needed!
I ended up having to say goodbye to my 17 year old cat here and the staff was so kind and compassionate. They really did everything they could to help me make such a hard decision and to make such a difficult experience as easy as possible. I'm really grateful I was able to say goodbye to him in a supportive environment and be with him to the very end.
