This place provides wonderful professional care for your little fur babies. Everyone there is quite friendly and very intelligible. My cat and I feel very welcome inside the facility.

Wonderful and friendly staff! They were great with my pupper, and she seemed completely at ease with them. It's hard sometimes finding a vet when you move to a new place but I'm so happy I found them!

Best veterinary office and the nicest staff. My chicken was so well cared for she lost her wing. They did her surgery saved her and I can’t thank them enough.

This vet hospital is not in the best location for anxious dogs (very busy/noisy street), and we had to wait longer than I hoped in the exam room for the doctor (~30 min into our appointment time, ~20 min after the assistant left the room). I thought I'd made a mistake in selecting this hospital, but I was wrong because Dr. Lewellen more than made up for these minor inconveniences. Dr. Lewellen explained everything in a way that made sense. He was thorough and had obviously read our dogs' records sent from another hospital. He answered all my questions and did not make me feel rushed. He talked to me with respect and kindness and was not in any way dismissive or judgmental. Most importantly, he sat ON THE FLOOR with my 2 anxious dogs, went slow, was gentle, and made them feel more comfortable than they ever have at a vet hospital. Dr. Lewellen sent me home with a handout citing scientific studies and an info sheet for a medication we might use in the future (so nice to read this before we might need it). A vet has never done this for me in over 16 years of having multiple dogs. The support staff was very kind, competent, and professional as well. I am optimistic we've finally found a vet with the standard of care we want for our dogs.

I called 8 veterinary clinics until finally I came across this vet. The gal on the phone I wish I got her name was not only professional but very kind. This was a scary moment for my family and treated us so well. I have a chinchilla “exotic animal” and they took such good care of him. I just wanted to express my deepest thanks for the incredible care you provided for my chinchilla Cosmo. Your kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made a stressful time so much easier, and I truly appreciate the way you treated him like one of your own. This clinic has taken great care of my goofy little epileptic orange kitty man. Dr. Lewellen is a very nice guy, and has been very attentive, understanding, and responsive when it comes to my cat’s special needs and any questions I have about his medication. I sent a email about some medication questions on a Friday evening and had a thorough text reply practically first thing on Monday morning. The staff are friendly and work hard to make sure folks understand any costs associated with treatment, and have been great at helping me resolve any issues with getting prescriptions filled. I’m grateful to know my cat is in good hands here.

I recently rang to see if the Doctor could put down our dog Bruno who was in pain and near death due to cancer. Bruno had been a patient for many years, and although I knew it was last minute, they said they would make a spot for that day, and within a few hours he was put down by Dr Taormina and her caring staff. Thank you to her and her dedicated people for their professionalism and kindness. David
