I needed Routine Night Patrols for my Commercial Property and Alert Security was able to accomodate immediately. They were very easy to communicate with and have shown excellent flexibility and responsiveness. Daily Vision Insights report is very useful and keeps me well informed on the Patrol Activity and very importantly the Lack of Unwanted Activity (Homeless and any other Non Customer/Tenant) on site. Occasionally a photo from another property gets attached to my report, but they always do the Patrols on my property. For me the cost/pricing is reasonable and the value is there.
Great service. Friendly people and amazing management team. Anything you need security for they can handle better than any other security provider in the west coast.

I've been with alert for a few years now. The company is very professional, it treats all staff with respect and all clients with respect. I would recommend alert security to any one that is waiting to start out in security.
