Balmore, Joe, and Team were awesome! I cannot begin to express our gratitude at the speed in which they arrived! Same day service! What!!!! An hour after I called, Balmore was here! What!!! Not only did they do a great job with the carpet, but they did a great job with my 87 year old mother. So appreciative! I know that I used a bunch of exclamation marks, but they deserve them!

Chance Smith did an incredible job making our carpets look brand new! He was personable, communicative, and had a genuine interest in the attention detail in the cleaning of our carpets. He cleaned up exceptionally well and was careful of our belongings. Anyone in Vegas should absolutely get their carpets cleaned by Chance!
