Theses guys are a heaven sent. I had a property that had a major water leak from the upstairs bathroom which left major water damage and mold. Spencer and his team quickly mitigated the issue, handled my difficult tenant with grace, helped me with the insurance (since I had no idea what I was doing), and did the work properly. Insurance was all taken care of and they made the home safe. They had great communication the whole time and explained everything in detail so I could be in the loop. Thank you for providing peace during this difficult time!

We had a water leak on the garage ceiling and Vlad came out quickly to assess the situation. He scheduled for a part of the interior wall to be accessed and an assessment of the area to be done on the laundry room 2nd floor. It was determined our shower valve was leaking. We had our shower valve replaced through a different vendor recommended by Vlad. Once that was complete, Vlad got his guys back out quickly to complete the water remediation. The process was very smooth from start to finish. They were also able to install 3 fans and dehydrators to make sure the water dries up. His crews are very efficient and professional. The company is responsive, knowledgeable and reassuring. Hired them due to a toilet leak and Vlad the manager managed to come by for an accessment the same day I called. Work is completed in a timely manner, staff are efficient and cleaned up after job completion. I will definitely recommend the company based on my own positive experience.
