I love Jim. Hands-down. He's a wonderful person to work with and very accommodating. We were referred to him through friends of ours years ago, and have not been disappointed. He installed a full-house mini-split system for our AC, and has come out to check on it ever since. He's always kind, gets to me as soon as he can, and takes care of any issues I come across. Sometimes it just takes a phone call, other times he's come out on off days. Really nice guy, great work. Great company. I can't sing his praises enough.
