I just have to say, phenomenal customer service and I didnt even go to them. I texted the number impatiently at 5 am because my 4 week old nose piercing fell out and I was having a panic attack because I couldn't get it in. Whoever texted back told me they were busy, but if they got a cancelation I could come in really fast around 8 pm. I didnt hear back so just assumed no cancel, and not a big deal. Whoever, must of known I was going to be impatient, because at 8 :30 last night they texted just to make sure I got it taken care of. A couple of years ago my wife wanted to get matching tattoos she picked a Dubble wolf into heart design so never been to skeleton before but was closest to us and decided after texting with Josh earlier in the week thats where we would go to get our tattoo done. I was up first and Josh is amazing, the tattoo after it was done and you looked at it was like it came alive. And then it was my wife's turn and to see the same tattoo on my wife with the same focus he had while doing mine I was so shocked at the mirror image of hers and my tattoo it was more then perfect. Went there for my car clubs get together & was pleasantly surprised. A few members got tattoos & they were beautifully done. Very intricate & reasonably priced. Well worth the drive from Reno. They also do piercings. Will be going back for sure. Nicest people & the shop is nice.
