Had a problem with lack of heat distribution and called Coastal Aire. Techs Nic & Max came out within 2 days (!) and quickly diagnosed the problem as failed dampers. Ordered parts and within a week they came back and did the install. Super responsive and knowledgeable; a pleasure to have them get things operational again so quickly. Coastal Aire has always been my preferred HVAC shop. They installed new furnace and A/C systems several years ago and both are functioning perfectly.

From start to finish, this company has been a class act. The owner John is very present and available for any questions or concerns. Kelly is amazing and went above and beyond to set everything up in a timely fashion, and the install with Nick, Max and Chris went so smoothly (I was very impressed with them - absolutely professional, knowledgable and super nice guys)! I would highly recommend this company. The prices are very reasonable to boot! I found they had better HVAC equipment for a lower price than other competitors I received estimates from.

Had a major heat pump upgrade, tearing out all A/C and gas furnaces. There were issues not related to the install. One of the coils sent by the supplier was incorrect. Coastal Aire stayed on the problem till it was identified and solved. I received exceptional service and highly recommend this outfit.
