I have nothing but praise for Lindsey in the office and Tyler the technician who worked on our air conditioning. Each of them went all out to deliver prompt, efficient and professional attention toward getting our air conditioner back in running order during high 90s temperatures. My husband and I say thanks again and highly recommend Beach and Sons to anyone needing HVAC service.
Beach & Sons has been great to work with. I purcahsed a 3.5 and 4.0 ton Amana air conditioners and new 80% efficiency Amana furnaces and I thought their prices were competitive. I have an Uncle down in Southern California who is a HVAC Contractor and was impressed with Beach & Sons prices. CJ Trexler and James took great care of us. We did run into a bit of a problem with one of the Amana components but it was quickly dealt with and completely covered under warranty. I highly recommend Beach & Sons.
I did not get to use their service, so this review if for their help and professionalism. Lindsay was amazing to work with on the phone, and I truly appreciate going above and beyond for me. I was able to replace the fan motor and capacitor myself I could not wait a few days it was over 95 for the entire weekend and with a new baby and 3 dogs, we decided to bob the builder that thing. IF I ever need help again, I know where to go. Thank you so much.
